Our work creates an impact
NO POVERTY
We work with marginalized communities and we employ women and youths to help us collect plastic waste. With this solution, community members can now earn a living by increasing their income per day and hence can afford to put food on their tables and support their families.
CLIMATE ACTION
By collecting plastic waste from communities and recycling it into eco-friendly construction bricks and blocks, we are creating a solution to SDGs 13, 14, and 15. We prevent plastic from going to landfills and oceans and this saves animals from feeding on them causing death or even fish in oceans.
SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES
By providing an affordable and sustainable alternative to use in the construction sector, we reduce the use of cement which accounts for over 5 % of the global carbon emission hence contributing to the development of sustainable cities and communities, a solution to SDG 11.
